Grubbit ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered nutrition tracking app built by MVP Experience. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using Grubbit, you agree to this policy.
We collect only what is necessary to provide you with a personalised nutrition experience.

| Account information | Your name and email address when you sign up. If you use Sign in with Apple, your name is provided directly by Apple's Authentication Services framework — we do not ask for it separately. |
| Health and body data | Height, weight, date of birth, biological sex, activity level, dietary preferences, allergies, sleep schedule, and fitness goals — entered during onboarding or profile setup. |
| Food and nutrition logs | Every meal, food item, calorie count, and macro entry you log — including via manual entry, barcode scan, AI photo analysis, or voice description. |
| Photos | Meal photos you upload for AI-powered calorie analysis. Stored securely and used solely for nutritional analysis. Deleted within 30 days of upload. |
| Voice recordings | Audio descriptions for the voice clarification feature. Transcribed in real time and discarded — we do not store raw audio files. |
| Chat messages | Your conversations with the Grubbit AI Coach. Raw messages are retained for 7 days; compressed summaries for 90 days to maintain coaching continuity. |
| Usage data | App usage patterns, feature interactions, and crash reports to help us improve the product. This data is anonymised and aggregated. |
